The Headshot Process
Ready to get started? Here’s how our straightforward process works. We’ve designed it to ensure a fun, positive, and rewarding experience.
Step 1: Schedule Your Free Consultation Call
Connect with us for a free 15-minute consultation call. We’ll discuss the style of headshots you need, along with wardrobe and makeup options, to ensure we deliver the best possible service. Once you’re satisfied with the plan, you’ll secure your session with a deposit.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation and Preparation
After the consultation, we’ll confirm your session date and time. A deposit is required to secure your booking officially. Following that, I’ll send you detailed information on how to prepare for your headshot session in the Myrtle Beach area, including tips on wardrobe, grooming, and any other essentials.
Step 3: The Arrival
On the day of your session, I’ll arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes before your appointment. During this time, I’ll set up the lighting and backgrounds. Additionally, we’ll review your wardrobe selection and determine the order for the session.
Step 4: The Session
Now for the exciting part—the session itself! Throughout, I’ll guide you to capture expressions that best display your professional persona. I shoot directly into my laptop so you can see the progress as we create your headshots. You’ll have a minimum of 20 images to review from each session.
Step 5: Headshot Selection
After the session, we’ll immediately review your new headshots together. You don’t have to wait to see what your headshot will look like. You’ll pick the ones you want at the end of the session. After making your selections, I’ll send them for hand-retouching and prepare them for delivery.
Step 6: Headshot Delivery
Your hand-retouched headshots will be ready within 72 hours of the session. You’ll receive a link to view and download your final images from our secure online gallery. Your headshots will be ready to share with the world!

The session fee includes travel and allows ample time to capture your perfect headshot and one hand-retouched image.
Additional Images: $65.00 each
Want To Share Your Headshot Session With A Partner?
If you have a partner, you can add them to your headshot session. For an additional $125.00 each, you can add up to two people to your session. Each person will receive one hand-retouched image, capturing them in their best light. If your team is larger than three, contact us for a quote on a commercial headshot session for your team.
